1. Entry of Dogs into the Shopping Center:

  • Dogs are allowed to enter the shopping center only if they are on a leash, securely attached to a collar or harness.
  • Dogs are not allowed in children's play areas, food establishments, pharmacies, or other areas where hygiene is essential. These areas are clearly marked with pictograms or text.

2. Obligations of Dog Owners:

  • The person walking the dog is required to have appropriate tools to immediately remove any feces left by the dog in the shopping center. These feces must be promptly removed.
  • The owner or person walking the dog must ensure that the dog does not pose a threat to other visitors, staff, or other animals.
  • In the event that a dog causes pollution or damage to the property of the shopping center, the dog owner is required to compensate for the damage.

3. Safety Measures:

  • Dangerous dogs, as defined by relevant legal regulations, must wear a muzzle while in the shopping center.
  • Dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior or otherwise posing a threat to the safety and comfort of visitors may be asked to leave the shopping center.

4. Exceptions:

  • These rules do not apply to guide dogs accompanying people with disabilities. These dogs must be properly identified and must have undergone special training.

These rules apply exclusively to shared areas of the Europa SC shopping center, such as atriums, hallways, etc. Each individual store is responsible for allowing or prohibiting dogs in their premises.
